PILATES
What is Pilates?
Pilates is an exercise system that changes the look and function of the body. Through a series of exercises, our students strengthen their abs, glutes, legs, arms and more- developing lean muscle tone, improving posture and gaining flexibility.

Mat Classes
Thursday 6:00pm
Saturday 9:30am
Sunday 8am
In this class, students are guided through the complete Level 1 Classical Pilates order of exercises. These exercises, mostly done in a reclined position, strengthen the abs, legs, glutes and arms. Emphasis is placed on engaging the powerhouse (core, inner thighs and glutes) and moving with precision.

Reformer + Mat
Wednesday 5pm
Thursday 7:15pm
Sunday 9:15am
In this class, students will have an opportunity to work on both the reformer and the mat. As students develop proficiency, they will be introduced to exercises on the low chair, Cadillac, spine corrector and more.

Each class is 50 minutes long. Class is limited to 4 participants at a time.

Package of Four Classes: $88

We require a 24 hour notice when cancelling your registration for these classes. This is to ensure enough time for another student to take your place. Failure to cancel your registration within that timeframe will result in forfeiture of your class pass.

Intro To Pilates Program
Saturdays, 11am
Starting August 19th
Pilates is an exercise system that strengthens, tones and lengthens the entire body.​
​
In this 6 week long beginner program, you'll begin to develop strength you know you need while working muscles you didn't know you had. You will learn the introductory Pilates exercises in a set sequence which will allow you to track and measure your progress. Be prepared to work, sweat and see results. ​
​
Please note this is a mat based class meaning all you need to participate is a mat. The majority of the class will be done in either a reclined, seated or side-lying position.

August 19th & 26th
September 2nd, 9th & 16th
Please note, for your final class you will be invited to join a drop-in Pilates class in the final week of the program with students who have already completed the Intro to Pilates programs. The drop in Pilates classes are the next step after the Intro to Pilates program. Participating in a drop in Pilates class then, is an opportunity to begin the next step of your Pilates journey. The drop in Pilates classes are held on the following days/times and participants will be able to select the class that works best for their schedule:
