The Body: Reformed (Intro/Level 1)
The Body: Reformed (Intro/Level 1) is our signature 50 minute Reformer Pilates class-for beginners.
As it's name suggests, this class will reform the body over time-making it more toned, more flexible and strong.
How do we do this? By guiding you through a variety of dynamic Classical and Contemporary Pilates exercises that work and challenge the WHOLE body.
These classes are fun, creative, challenging and, most importantly, effective.
Come get Reformed.

Our Semi-Private: Classical classes are small group classes with a focus on the Classical Pilates exercises and order. In each class, participants will have an opportunity to work on the reformer and/or mat and one or more of the following apparatus (as time permits and depending on the student's personal needs):
Low Chair
Ladder barrel
Cadillac/Tower
Spine Corrector
Small Barrel
Each class is 50 minutes long.

Hot Pilates Mat
A Pilates Mat classes in our hot studio (which is set to a minimum of 93 degrees). This mat class will include a variety of Classical and Contemporary Pilates Mat exercises to help you build strength and see a difference in your arms, abs, legs and glutes. A variety of props (ankle/wrist weights, handheld weights, balls and sliders) may be used to help you deepen your practice. This class is open to all students, including new students.

The Body: Reformed (Level 1.5)
The Body: Reformed is our signature 50 minute Reformer Pilates class for intermediate/advanced students.
As it's name suggests, this class will reform the body over time-making it more toned, more flexible and strong.
How do we do this? By guiding you through a variety of dynamic Classical and Contemporary Pilates exercises that work and challenge the WHOLE body.
These classes are fun, creative, challenging and, most importantly, effective.

*Students must complete at least four 'The Body: Reformed (Intro/Level 1)' classes before signing up for this Level 1.5 class. This requirement is for your safety and comfort.

Jump!
It’s Pilates with a lil cardio mixed in. This level 1.5 class will include a mix of the standard Embody Yoga reformer Pilates exercises you know and love with jumping intervals to get your heart rate up and tone the legs. Participants MUST complete the Intro to Reformer program OR 4 semi-private classes prior to registering for this class.

Pilates Princess
Our Pilates classes for teen girls are all about introducing our girls to fitness/wellness in a body positive way. We want girls to establish a movement practice early in life and make it a habit. We teach them how movement affects them-not just physically but mentally. And then we move through our practice-helping our girls get healthier and stronger with each exercise.
These classes are FREE and girls, ages 12-17, are welcome to participate.
If you want your teen to establish healthy habits through movement, please sign her up!
Although this class is FREE, pre-registration is required. Please don’t delay in getting your teen signed up. Space in this class is limited.
