Pilates Classes

We offer a variety of Pilates classes-from contemporary to classical, mat to reformer and everything in between.  If you need assistance selecting a class, please don't hesitate to give us a call at 414-810-6150.

Semi-Private: Classical 

​Passes can be applied to all of the classes and class styles listed on this page. 

  • Single Pass: $28

  • Class Packages:

    • 4 passes: $100 ​

    • 8 passes: $188

    • 12 passes: $270

Passes expire 1 year from the date of purchase

Reformer Pilates (Beginners)

This class will reform the body over time-making it more toned, more flexible and strong. 

 

How do we do this? By guiding you through a variety of dynamic Classical and Contemporary Pilates exercises that work and challenge the WHOLE body. 

 

These classes are fun, creative, challenging and, most importantly, effective. 

 

Students should take at least 2 Reformer Pilates (Beginners) classes  or 2 Semi-Private Classical classes before advancing to the Reformer Pilates (All Levels) classes.

Class Schedule:

Wednesdays, 8:30am

Saturdays, 9:30am 

Sundays, 10:15am 

Our Semi-Private: Classical classes are small group classes with a focus on the Classical Pilates exercises and order. In each class, participants will have an opportunity to work on the reformer and/or mat and one or more of the following apparatus (as time permits and depending on the student's personal needs):

Low Chair
Ladder barrel
Cadillac/Tower
Spine Corrector
Small Barrel

Each class is 50 minutes long.

Thursdays, 5pm & 7:15pm

Sundays, 9am 

Pilates Mat 

An unheated Pilates Mat class held in our beautiful Jungle studio. This mat class will include a variety of Classical and Contemporary Pilates Mat exercises to help you build strength and see a difference in your arms, abs, legs and glutes. A variety of props (ankle/wrist weights, handheld weights, balls and sliders) may be used to help you deepen your practice. This class is open to all students, including new students.​

 

Class Schedule: 

Tuesdays, 9am 

Reformer Pilates (All Levels)
Hot Pilates Mat 

You've moved beyond the basics of Reformer Pilates (Beginners) and are ready for more challenge. 

 

Like the Beginners classes, this All Levels class will reform the body over time-making it more toned, more flexible and strong. Unlike the beginners class, this All Levels class adds a bit more intensity and challenge to help you see results faster. 

 

These classes are fun, creative, challenging and, most importantly, effective. 

 

*Students should complete at least two Reformer Pilates (Beginners) classes or two Semi-Private: Classical classes before proceeding to the All Levels classes.  This requirement is for your safety and comfort.

Class Schedule:

Mondays, 6pm

Wednesdays, 8:30am (starting April 1st)

Saturdays, 10:30am 

Sundays, 9am

Reformer Pilates (Beginners/All Levels)

This class will reform the body over time-making it more toned, more flexible and strong. These classes are fun, creative, challenging and, most importantly, effective. This class is open to new and experienced students alike.

Class Schedule: 

Mondays, 9am

Wednesdays, 9am

Reformer Pilates: Jumpboard (All Levels)

This class is a mix of Reformer Pilates and cardio. Utilizing the Jumpboard,  students will move through a mix of traditional Reformer Pilates exercises and short jumping intervals to get your heart rate up and tone the legs. 

​

*Students should complete at least two Reformer Pilates (Beginners) classes or two Semi-Private: Classical classes before proceeding to the All Levels classes.  This requirement is for your safety and comfort.

Class Schedule:

Wednesdays, 6pm 

A Pilates Mat classes in our hot studio (which is set to a minimum of 93 degrees). This mat class will include a variety of Classical and Contemporary Pilates Mat exercises to help you build strength and see a difference in your arms, abs, legs and glutes. A variety of props (ankle/wrist weights, handheld weights, balls and sliders) may be used to help you deepen your practice. This class is open to all students, including new students.

Thursdays, 5:30am

Thursdays, 6pm 

Saturdays, 9:30am 

Reformer Pilates For Teens

In this class, teens are led through a variety of beginner level Reformer Pilates exercises in a fun and age appropriate way.

 

This is a great way to introduce exercise and healthy movement to your teen. 

​

This class is open to teens ages 12-17. 

​

These classes are absolutely FREE thanks to funding from the Milwaukee County Department of Health & Human Services.

Reformer Pilates: Abs & Booty (All Levels)

A Reformer class specifically focused on the development of your core and glute muscles. 

 

*Students should complete at least two Reformer Pilates (Beginners) classes or two Semi-Private: Classical classes before proceeding to the All Levels classes. This requirement is for your safety and comfort.
