Sweat & Chill Yoga
In this class we are going to experience the best of both worlds. We'll start with a practice that will build a little heat in the body. Then we'll come down to the floor for a more chill, stretch based experience. At the end, you should feel balanced and calm.
Class is approximately 75 minutes in length. Thirty minutes will be dedicated to Sweat and 45 minutes will be dedicated to Chill.
