Yoga For The Splits
Everybody has a version of the splits. In this class we're going to focus on strengthening exercises and stretches that will get you closer and closer to your best version of the splits.
Please note, this is not a "sit down on the floor" class. It will be similar in style to our other Saturday morning classes (i.e., you WILL sweat). Nevertheless, class will be appropriate for all levels (demonstrations for beginners will be provided throughout). Class is 75 minutes long.
