Focus on building strength, stamina and flexibility as you flow from one pose to the next in our signature class. If you're looking for a good, strength based class, this one is for you. This class is appropriate for experienced beginners as well as the more advanced yogi.

Flexibility is the name of the game in this 24 minute class. We'll gently explore and hold poses that create space and length in the spine, hips and hamstrings (some of our tighter areas). By the end of this class, you'll definitely notice a difference in your body. Appropriate for beginners.
