    Yoga For The Splits

    Everybody has a version of the splits. In this class we're going to focus on strengthening exercises and stretches that will get you closer and closer to your best version of the splits. Please note, this is not a "sit down on the floor" class. It will be similar in style to our other Saturday morning classes (i.e., you WILL sweat). Nevertheless, class will be appropriate for all levels (demonstrations for beginners will be provided throughout). Class is 75 minutes long.

    Deep Stretch

    Flexibility is the name of the game in this 24 minute class. We'll gently explore and hold poses that create space and length in the spine, hips and hamstrings (some of our tighter areas). By the end of this class, you'll definitely notice a difference in your body. Appropriate for beginners.

    Yin Yoga

    Yin yoga is a practice that is calming and grounding. There is not a lot of movement in this practice. I'll bring you into poses and we'll stay there for 2-7 minutes at a time. Yin yoga helps to build flexibility, restore the joints and ground your energy.
    Sweat & Chill Yoga

    Sweat & Chill Yoga

    In this class we are going to experience the best of both worlds. We'll start with a practice that will build a little heat in the body. Then we'll come down to the floor for a more chill, stretch based experience. At the end, you should feel balanced and calm. Class is approximately 75 minutes in length. Thirty minutes will be dedicated to Sweat and 45 minutes will be dedicated to Chill.
