What to wear &  bring
Please wear clothes that you are comfortable moving, stretching, sweating and bending over in. Leggings, sweat pants, shorts, t-shirts, tanks and sports bras are all acceptable.

For Yoga: Yoga is practiced barefoot (wearing socks is not encouraged as it may cause you to slip and injure yourself). You might consider wearing less clothing in our hot classes because tempuras are 93 degrees. Don't worry lighting is dem during our classes. We encourage you to bring a large towel to cover your mat (and wipe sweat) and a water bottle to hydrate as needed during class. If you don't have a mat of your own, we will provide you with one to use during class. All props are provided as well.
For Hot Mat Pilates: Hot Pilates Mat is practiced barefoot but grip socks are optional. We encourage you to bring a large towel to cover your mat (and wipe sweat) and a water bottle to hydrate as needed during class. If you don't have a mat of your own, we will provide you with one to use during class. All props are provided as well.
For Reformer Pilates: We require grip socks.

Studio Etiquette
1. Arrive 15 minutes early. This will ensure you have enough time to find our space and get settled before class begins.
Our classes start with a few minutes of quiet time to center the mind and relax the body followed by a warm up that will prepare the body for the rest of class and minimize risk of injury. Late students disrupt these very important experiences for other students and risk injuring themselves.

As such, we lock our doors at the start of practice to protect the practice experience for other students and to protect the late student. We also have to lock our doors to secure any valuables in our space.
Please note, if you are locked out of the studio due to tardiness, this will be considered a late cancellation or no show and will result in the forfeiture of the class pass or a late cancelation charge. (see 'Policies' below).
2. Please take off your shoes at the door, shoes are not allowed in any of our practice spaces.

3. Silence and put away your phone, please also make sure cell phone lights are not flashing, this is to minimize disruptions during classes.

4. Minimize talking to other students during the quiet parts of class. It makes it difficult for other students to hear the teacher and can be disruptive. Please note, questions for the teacher are always welcome (even during practice).

5. Clean up after yourself. We provide cleaning supplies so you can sanitize any props that you may have used during class so they are clean and ready for the next student.

Policies
Please note, all purchase/sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges.
Cancellation Policy: Students can cancel their reservations on their own in our booking system at least 8 hours before the start of class. We require 8 hours notice for cancellation all of our classes. If you have not canceled your reservation within that timeframe, fail to show up for your reserved spot OR are late, the class pass will be forfeited or you may be charged a late cancellation fee.

Please know, we don't enforce this policy to be mean. Crediting late students and students who no-show for classes that are full with a waiting list is a financial loss that our small business can no longer take. We thank you in advance for understanding and respecting our policies.
