It's been a long time coming! The NEW Embody Yoga Studios are finally opening and we're taking an entire weekend to celebrate it.
On Saturday we'll host a series of unique yoga events and enjoy a celebratory toast.
On Sunday we'll offer a sampling of all of the classes that will be featured on our new class schedule. Each class will be just 30 minutes and $6. Take one or take several to get a taste for the New Embody Yoga studios.
Saturday, May 14th
The BIG event. Join us for the first reveal of our new studios to the public. Take a class, tour the new studios, join us for a celebratory toast and shop/visit with our vendors-Black women and women offering Wellness based services and products.
Join Joanna in the Desert studio for the very first Hot Yoga class at the NEW Embody Yoga. The studio will be heated to 93 degrees with 35% humidity. This class is most appropriate for students with some yoga experience.
Live music provided by a local DJ.

Gentle Yoga & Soundbath
Join us on opening day for our very first Gentle Yoga & Soundbath experience.
Join Shayla in our Jungle studio for a 60 minute gentle practice followed by a 30 minute sound bath led by Melissa Blue Muhammad. Please note that our Jungle studio is unheated. Class temperature will be a normal, yogic 76 degrees. This experience is open to yogis of all levels-beginners included.
Sunday, May 15th
Join us for our Sunday Sampler-a series of 30 minute yoga classes at half the cost (just $6). Our lineup for the day will feature every class that our new studios have to offer. Join us to get a taste of the NEW Embody Yoga.
Hot Yoga for Beginners
New to hot yoga? Sample this experience in our 30 minute Hot Yoga for Beginners class. The studio will be heated to 93 degrees and 35% humidity. Bring a mat & large towel.
Vinyasa Flow is our signature class. This style of yoga emphasizes movement with the breath for a fluid and dynamic experience. Try 30 minutes of it in our unheated Jungle Studio.
We're adding heat to this stretch based class. With the assistance of heat you'll feel more limber and receptive to the stretches presented in this 30 minute class. The studio will be heated to 90 degrees and 35% humidity. Bring a mat & large towel
Please note, as heat can make you feel that you are more flexible than you are, we will not be working to our edge or full range of motion in this class. We will stay within the safe range to avoid injury.
Join us for 30 minutes of our signature hot yoga experience. The studio will be heated to 93 degrees and 35% humidity. This class is recommended for students with some experience. Bring a mat & large towel.
New to yoga? Curious about starting a yoga practice? Learn the basics in this 30 minute yoga class featuring foundational yoga poses and yogic breathing for beginners.
A fan favorite. Join us for 30 minutes of one of the most popular classes at our studio. In this stretch based class, we typically focus on the shoulders, spine, hamstrings and hips.
