Beginners Yoga In the Park

Mondays 6pm CST
August 10th, 17th, 24th & 31st

The Beginners Yoga In the Park Program is a 4 week long series. Participants will learn yoga poses that are appropriate for beginners in a safe and supportive atmosphere. By the end of the program, participants will notice increased leg, core and arm strength, increased flexibility and the ability to breathe with more depth and ease. 


Classes will be held on Mondays at 6pm (August 10th, 17th, 24th & 31st) at Johnson Park. Participants should be able to attend, at minimum, three of the scheduled classes dates. Any missed classes will have to be made up by attending on of our other classes. 


All are welcome to participate-young and old, full bodied and slim, out of shape and in shape, alike. 

Cost: $50
Pre-registration required. 

In Person Safety Precautions:

1. Please social distance (unless in the same household, participants should space their mats 6ft from each other)

2. If you plan to socialize with friends, please plan to wear a mask. 

3. We are still in the midst of a pandemic. Please be mindful of this and respect your yoga friends' potential feelings about the virus (many may not want to hug, talk...etc.).

Yoga in the Park

In Person Only

Thursday 6pm CST

Saturday 10am CST

Join us for Yoga in the Park at Johnson Park (19th & Fond Du Lac Ave). Class will be 60 minutes long and appropriate for ALL levels.

Cost: $12 per person

children 12 and under can participate for free.

Pre-registration is required. We are unable to accept registration on-site.

Virtual Classes

Wednesday, 7pm CST

Rest: Restorative & Yin Yoga

This class will require you to slow down, de-stress and rest. With a mixture of restorative and yin yoga poses all done on the floor, this class is accessible for all. Class is 60 minutes long. Please register at least 30 minutes before class to receive an email with the information you need to join us on Zoom. 


Sunday, 10am CST

Gentle Yoga

(formerly Sunday Morning Flow)

Join Shayla for a gentle yoga practice that will set the tone for your Sunday and the week to come. Class is 60 minutes long and will be appropriate for ALL levels. Please register no later than 30 minutes before class to receive an email with information to join us on Zoom.

Meditation Fridays

Fridays 2:30pm

August 14th & 28th

What better time than now to begin a meditation practice? Meditation is the practice of becoming still and focusing awareness. Join Joanna on Fridays for a free 30 minute guided meditation session that will leave you feeling more grounded, present and at peace. Each week a new style of meditation be will introduced. All you need to participate is a quiet space and a comfortable seat.
